At 09:49 on Wednesday, 26 August, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews have assisted carers in gaining entry to a property where older casualty had fallen. They gained access via open first floor window using ladders. They administered first aid whilst awaiting the arrival of ambulance personnel.
