At 18:48 on Wednesday, 4 November, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Tenbury Wells.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ludlow.

One appliance from Tenbury Wells, H&W and 1 appliance from Ludlow were mobilised to reports of a fire in the open. Upon arrival, this was found to be false alarm caused by a controlled burning. Advice given but no action by Fire Service Personnel.
