At 23:22 on Wednesday, 4 November, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Reports of a one vehicle RTC with one person trapped. One male now in care of ambulance service. Two appliances from West Midlands Fire Service also attended this incident.
