At 12:54 on Tuesday, 17 November, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Batchcott, Richards Castle near Ludlow.

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Wellington.

Report of a sheep in a large pond which was rescued by Water First Responders on the fire crew.
