At 20:38 on Tuesday, 24 November, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

This incident involved a chimney fire and a domestic property. Crews extinguished using small gear, chimney rods and one hose reel jet with additional assistance from the aerial ladder platform
