At 14:35 on Friday, 4 December, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Shrewsbury Fire Station .

Ring removal. Ring cutters used to remove ring from wedding finger of gentleman who attended the fire station.
