At 22:38 on Friday, 8 January, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Road traffic collision involving two cars. Crews used holmatro cutting equipment to release two casualties. Two casualties in care of ambulance service.
