At 21:12 on Friday, 5 February, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in chimney of two storey domestic property, crews using chimney rods and stirrup pump to extinguish
