At 05:11 on Thursday, 11 February, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire.

4 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Open water supply

Single storey outbuilding 100% involved in fire. Crews have now extinguished the fire and are now damping down.
