At 14:44 on Friday, 12 February, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:
