At 15:42 on Friday, 26 March, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rescue From Machinery in Prees Higher Heath, Whitchurch .

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .

Reports of a male trapped in the cab of a vehicle by large amount of earth which had fallen onto windscreen. Casualty self-extricated prior to arrival of fire service.
