At 20:51 on Saturday, 27 March, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Lydbury North.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bishops Castle.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Main jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Reports of a fire in the open which became out of control.
