At 09:57 on Wednesday, 7 July, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Reports of a carbon monoxide alarm sounding caused by a gas leak from a rayburn oven. Crews ventilated using positive pressure ventilation to clear the fumes.
