At 18:14 on Monday, 19 July, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Water Rescue in Shrewsbury .

4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 Female self rescued before fire service arrival.
