Shed Fire

At 18:42 on Saturday, 24 July, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Shed Fire in Stirchley.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Hosereel jet
  • Rakes, shovels, mathooks
  • Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving 1 domestic shed 6 x 6ft destroyed by fire , fire spread to conifers, fence panels, soffits, drain pipes of property. Fire extinguished using two hose reel jets, drag rake and thermal image camera has been utilised to check internal spaces for fire spread. All showing ambient temperatures.
