At 16:14 on Tuesday, 31 August, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm caused by an overheating machine within the building
