At 13:56 on Tuesday, 2 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Ketley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

1 x fork lift truck fire which was out on arrival of crews.
