At 16:29 on Friday, 5 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Reports of an out of control bonfire in a field. Crews extinguished using 2 x hosereel jets.
