At 16:39 on Friday, 5 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

This incident was a false alarm and smoke issuing was found to be steam from a faulty pump.
