At 20:07 on Thursday, 11 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire Persons Reported in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
