At 18:42 on Monday, 13 December, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Baschurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:
