At 17:45 on Tuesday, 11 January, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Oswestry .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ellesmere and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

This incident relates to a road traffic collision involving a saloon vehicle and a lorry. No persons trapped. One casualty left in the care of the ambulance service.
