Fire Service Equality Framework

We were among a handful of Fire and rescue Services which first achieved Level 4 out of a possible five in the national Local Government Equality Framework. This was later replaced by a specific Fire Service Equality Framework, in which we are ranked as ‘moving towards excellent’.
