Expenditure over £500
Details of all individual items of expenditure over £500 are published here. This includes payments for goods and services, grants, and other transactions made by the Service.
The information provided includes the date of expenditure, supplier or recipient, service area, amount, and a brief description of the purpose of the spend.

Details of all transactions made using Government Procurement Cards are published here.
This information includes the date of the transaction, supplier, amount, service area, and a summary of the purpose of the expenditure.
Where the Service does not use Government Procurement Cards, this will be stated accordingly.

Contract register
The Service publishes details of all contracts, commissioned activity, purchase orders, and legally enforceable agreements with a value exceeding £5,000.
The contract register provides information such as the contract title, supplier, contract value, start and end dates, and review or renewal dates.

Management and Staff
The Service has previously published information on trade union facility time in line with:
- The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017, and
- The Local Government Transparency Code 2015.
The statutory requirement to report and publish facility time data under the 2017 Regulations has now been removed as a result of changes to trade union legislation implemented in 2026.
The Local Government Transparency Code 2015 continues to reference facility time as a dataset for publication. However, this Code has not yet been updated to reflect the subsequent repeal of the underlying legislative provisions that previously mandated publication.
In light of this, the Service keeps its approach to publication under review. Where facility time information is not published, this reflects the removal of the statutory reporting requirement and a shift away from centrally mandated reporting.
Senior salaries
Details of senior employees earning above £50,000, including job titles and salary bands. These are contained within the Statement of Accounts published annually.
