Our commitment
We are committed to transparency, fairness, and equality in pay. As part of this commitment, we publish our Gender Pay Gap information each year in line with statutory requirements.
What is the Gender Pay Gap?
The Gender Pay Gap shows the difference in average pay between male and female employees across the organisation.
It is different from equal pay, which relates to men and women being paid the same for doing the same or equivalent work.
