At 04:23 on Saturday, 26 March, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in United Utilities , Broomhall Lane, Oswestry .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry.

Fire involving one pallet and bundle of plastic bags in the open. 1 hose reel jet used to extinguish fire and thermal imaging camera used to check for any other hot spots.
