At 04:20 on Saturday, 11 June, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shifnal.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving small amount of garden waste alight which has been abandoned at the side of the road. Crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet.
