At 18:39 on Thursday, 14 July, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

This incident involved two moorhens that were rescued from a sluice with the assistance of a local wildlife rescue team.
