At 15:56 on Monday, 29 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Whitchurch.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Whitchurch.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

This incident involved a commercial skip located in a field. Fire service personnel used one hosereel jet and one misting lance to extinguish the fire
