At 21:04 on Monday, 29 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Knapsacks

Fire involving 20 metres of grass verge and scrubland. Crews used two beaters and knapsack sprayers to extinguish the fire.
