At 13:53 on Tuesday, 20 September, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Newport.

Reports of fire in the open which involved approximately 2 metres by 3 metres of undergrowth. Fire crews used knapsacks and 2 buckets of water to extinguish fire
