At 14:32 on Friday, 17 February, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire Persons Reported in Church Stretton.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton, Craven Arms and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Incident involving small fire in the bottom oven of a cooker which was out on arrival. Ventilated ground floor of property and thermal imaging camera in use. All persons accounted for on arrival of fire service personnel.
