At 01:49 on Wednesday, 15 March, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Stanton Upon Hine Heath.

2 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Hodnet and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• 9/10.5m ladder
• Chimney rods
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Chimney fire involving log burner in 2 storey property.
