At 08:41 on Thursday, 30 March, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Newport.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Newport. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

2 private vehicles in collision. On arrival of fire service, no persons trapped. No action required by fire service.
