At 15:05 on Monday, 1 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Small fire due to plastic material left on top of cooker. Crews used 1 hosereel jet to extinguish the fire
