At 10:14 on Thursday, 4 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Market Drayton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Prees. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire affecting the exterior of property. Crews used four breathing apparatus, and one hose reel jet to extinguish fire. 2 dogs rescued from property.
