At 14:47 on Saturday, 6 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rubbish Fire in Wellington.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

Fire approximately 2m x 2m consisting of 1 discarded matress and other waste materials.
