At 10:21 on Friday, 23 June, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Gobowen, Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• CO2 extinguisher
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Small fire involving clothes accidentally left on electric hob.
