At 20:02 on Thursday, 6 July, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Old Heath, Shrewsbury .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington.

Small fire involving kitchen light fitting. Fire out on arrival. Small gear and thermal imaging camera used by fire crew to check for hot spots and isolate light fitting.
