At 20:10 on Saturday, 8 July, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire.

4 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Tweedale. Operations and Principal officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Short extension ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: a utility company.

This incident was caused by water ingress affecting the electrical fuse box.
