At 04:57 on Thursday, 20 July, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

False alarm, full investigation of property carried out and alarm re set by responsible person.
