At 05:10 on Wednesday, 9 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Market Drayton.

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Rtc involving 1 saloon vehicle, 2 casualties extricated by fire service personnel and now in care of ambulance
