At 13:46 on Wednesday, 9 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews were mobilised after smoke was seen coming from a property. Crews liaised with property owner and advice was given.
