At 14:02 on Friday, 11 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Whitchurch.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wem and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

This was found to be a small fire in an overheated fuse board that was out on arrival of Fire Service Personnel.
