At 17:19 on Friday, 11 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in St.. Martins.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ellesmere.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Five 3m high fir trees alight that are being extinguished by Fire Service Personnel.
