At 18:32 on Sunday, 13 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was found to be a false alarm with good intent due to a controlled burn at the rear of the property.
