At 15:21 on Monday, 20 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

2 casualties left in car of ambulance service.
