At 00:04 on Tuesday, 26 December, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Craven Arms .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in domestic property caused by faulty kitchen appliance. Crews used 4 breathing apparatus, 1 extended hose reel jet and 1 thermal imaging camera.
