At 06:35 on Monday, 4 March, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Fuel Leak/Spillage Large.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Environment Agency, the Highways Agency and the Police.

Reports of 40 smashed crates of milk on road which had potentially entered the water course. No action was required by the fire service for this incident .
