At 17:21 on Friday, 22 March, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Reports of smoke within the premises. Thorough search of premise carried out. This incident was a false alarm.
